Official 20 USA Biology Olympiad National Finalists

From the Center for Excellence in Education:

 

The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE) is pleased to announce that 20 Finalists have been selected to attend the USA Biology Olympiad (USABO) National Finals at Purdue University.  The finalists were selected based on their high scores from two challenging exams, the USABO Open Exam and Semifinal Exam.  Nearly 10,500 students registered for the USABO open exam this year.

Tours for prospective middle school families will be held at George Washington and Francis C. Hammond Middle Schools at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, and Tuesday, May 10.

Join Stratford University’s Falls Church campus for its annual Spring 2011 career fair. Attendees will be able to meet with local employers to learn about job opportunities, as well as learn about various programs the university offers including Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Management.

Admission is free of charge and open to the public.
