911 call released in Alexandria murder

The 911 call in the murder of Alexandria, Va. music teacher Ruthanne Lodato has been obtained by The Washington Post.

The call reveals the chaos in the event, as a neighbor called for police while Lodato's elderly mother was in the neighbor's home. The neighbor tried to get Lodato's mother's caregiver into his home, but she ran back to Lodato's, according to The Washington Post.

There were several instances throughout the phone call where the neighbor seemed to be unsure of the status of victims and suspects.

The caregiver told the dispatcher an intruder was in Lodato's home.
