ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- A waldorf man is wanted in connection with a double shooting in Alexandria that happened on Nov. 18th, according to Fairfax County police.

Andre Curtis Wilkins, 21, is wanted for malicious wounding. Wilkins is described by police as a black male, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and around 170 pounds. Police say Wilkins had long hair in dreadlocks and a slight mustache and beard, but he has since shaved off the dreadlocks.

The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. in an apartment located in the 7900 block of Audubon Avenue in the Mouint Verno area.

Two men at the apartment were shot and transported to a local hospital. Marquel L. Davis, 21, of Alexandria died at the hospital, according to police.
