Free Meals For Students This Summer | News

ALEXANDRIA, VA (WUSA) -- Many areas are seeing an increase in students in need of free meals during the school year.

That need doesn't go away at the end of the school year.

Alexandria City Public Schools' School Nutrition Program Services is one of the areas with a summer food program.

Diane Pratt-Heavner with the School Nutrition Association talked with 9NEWS NOW's Andrea Roane about to access these free meals.
