Old Town Whole Foods Holds Heart Healthy Lecture with Inova Hospital

From Kim Bryden of Whole Foods:

Last Thursday, Whole Foods in Old Town Alexandria held a free heart healthy lecture with Inova Hospital. There were 10 people in attendance, 7 adults and 3 kids. Sue Wolinsky, RN MPH at Inova Hospital spoke to the group about what is heart health, functions of the heart, and how to keep yourself on the right track in maintaining heart health. It was extremely informative and the crowd was excellent - a lot of really intriguing questions. Also a plus that it was held in our café because other customers could see and hear what was going on.
