City Square Café of Manassas, Va. will celebrate Cinco de Mayo on Thurs., May 5 for all day festivities presenting homemade dishes, like taquitos, camarones, taco, enchiladas, as well as sopapillas and specialty drinks, like margaritas, sangria and Mexican beers.  Cinco de Mayo menu prices range from $5 to $19 and will be served during lunch and dinner hours. Menu items include: taquitos de pollo con guacamole and salsa verde, tortilla soup, chicken enchiladas served with refried beans, Mexican rice and pico de gallo, camarones al mojo de ajo served with Mexican rice and pico de gallo, tacos de carne asada, served with frijoles negros, Mexican rice and salsa, and sopapillas.

 Live entertainment is offered on scheduled evenings, highlighting local jazz singers on their outdoor patio.

Hours of operation include: Mon. through Thurs., 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (lunch and dinner,) Fri., 11 a.m.to 10 p.m. (lunch and dinner), Sat., 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and Sun., 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (breakfast and lunch).

Established in 1996, City Square Café in Old Town Manassas, Va. was founded and is owned by Robert and Susana Barolin, immigrants from Uruguay whose cuisine is based on their Italian roots. City Square Café features homemade American bistro favorites with an international flair, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, tapas and off-site catering menus in a quaint, warm environment with home-like comfort and serving creative, sophisticated food. Surrounded by the charm of historic Old Town Manassas, City Square Café patrons enjoy the view of the historic 1914 Manassas Train Depot, an active train stop for daily Amtrak and Virginia Railway Express commuter trains.
