7th Annual Spring Wine Dinner at City Square Cafe in March | Business
City Square Café in Old Town Manassas, Va. is welcoming spring with their 7th annual Spring Wine Dinner on Wed., Mar. 23 at 7 p.m., featuring a four-course dinner with wines specially selected by Chef Robert Barolin. The four-course dinner includes: asparagus terrine with garden fresh strawberry confit and preserved lemons, paired with The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand; Panko-breaded spring lamb lollipops served over carrot sambal puree, accompanied with white beans with Llai-Llai Chardonnay from Chile; salmon crudo with rice wine mignonette and pickled red jalapeno peppers with Llai-Llai Pinot Noir from Chile; and Baked Alaska with coffee ice cream and pound cake, topped with Italian meringue with Caposaldo Prosecco wine from Italy.
City Square Café provides tapas and homemade American bistro favorites with an international flair, seven days a week.
Hours of operation include: Mon. through Thurs., 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (lunch and dinner,) Fri., 11 a.m.to 10 p.m. (lunch and dinner), Sat., 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and Sun., 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (breakfast and lunch).
