Ayuda advocates for low-income immigrants through direct legal, social and language services, training and outreach in the Washington DC metropolitan area.  Canned goods will be donated to the Capital Area Food Bank via Archbishop Carroll Food Drive.  Organizer Judi Condezo says this a super-fun event, and a chance to learn new dance moves in time for the holidays.  She says donations are going to go help victims of domestic violence and human trafficking in our area, as well as help people with other needs, “Instead of donating to a big cause where sometimes you don’t get to see exactly where the money is going , we wanted to donate to Ayuda where we are going to see the benefits of our donations and contributions trickle down to help people right here in D.C.”
