About Us
Serving Northern Virginia as well as the Washington DC and Baltimore Metro areas, Kendra Ganobsik and her cohorts tutor students of all ages in various courses. Tutoring is always available for the following classes: Calculus, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, Middle & Elementary School Math, Statistics, Writing, English, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
We can help you prepare for your GRE, GMAT, SAT, PSAT, PRAXIS, TJHSST (TJ) or SSAT/ISEE exam. Recent students have seen score increases of up to 275 points. Tutors have scores ranging from the 92nd through 99th percentiles on various standardized tests (and many in the 99th percentile itself),
Language Arts, ESL, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese are also part of our repertoire when the appropriate tutors are on board.
We believe in helping students of all ages and backgrounds succeed. We work successfully with students who have various special needs, as well as with students who are on an accelerated track. We believe that learning is a life-long process and should be accessible to everyone.

Kendra has taught in middle schools, high schools, and colleges, and currently teaches on and off as a math adjunct; her most recent teaching excursion was at a university in Ecuador. She has been a Senior Editor for a graduate school publication, and edits/proofreads term papers, essays, and articles. Kendra does contract work in IT, and also writes mathematics and science curriculum and content on a freelance basis.
Other tutors include fulltime teachers, Ph.D. students, science professionals, and business professionals.
