About Us
For more than 10 years, I have provided therapy for individuals who suffer from trauma (emotional, physical or sexual abuse), addiction, and related problems such as depression, anxiety and self-harming behaviors. I also work with individuals who are in relationships with people who are abusing alcohol and other drugs, or engaging in other compulsive behaviors including sexual addiction.
If you are an individual who may be struggling with traumatic stress or someone who is using alcohol or other drugs to cope, you may be considering therapy because some of the ways you are thinking, feeling and behaving don't make sense to you. If this sounds like you, you may have some healing from trauma and addiction to do. And you need support in healing from trauma. How you have coped in the past makes sense based on what you have experienced. With my help, you can learn more productive and less destructive ways to cope.
