Doctors Express Mount Vernon is owned and operated by Dottie & Earl Reed, long-time residents of Mount Vernon. Dr. Sarah John is the lead physician and is assisted by Dr. Joan Naidorf from Mount Vernon and several other physicians.

Our goal is to provide Alexandria, VA with a state-of-the-art urgent care center that bridges the gap between your primary care physician and the emergency room, for non life-threatening medical conditions. The walk-in center offers fast, effective and affordable care to patients needing immediate medical attention due to illness or injury. We accept most insurance, or self-pay.
